Budget carriers aren't usually known for their flashy phone lineups, but that's beginning to change. The Sanyo Incognito SCP-6760 wasn't particularly noticeable on Sprint. But on Boost Mobile it's a better buy, thanks to the carrier's value pricing: no contract, $129.99 up front, and just $50 per month for unlimited voice calls, text messaging, and Web browsing. As a result, Boost's Incognito is a good choice for anyone shopping for no-contract phones at RadioShack, Best Buy, Wal-Mart, or Target.
